Flavored wine from Carignano grapes, flavored only with the indigenous aromatic
herbs and flowers of our lands and vineyards (artemisia arborescens, gentian root,
licorice root, orange flowers and peels, rosemary, lavender, eucalyptus, myrtle
berries, wild blackberries, lentisk, wild mallow flowers etc). Slight fortification with
alcohol, used only for the extraction of orange, mandarin peel etc. Completely
without added sugar. It is made only in very hot years when the wines reach a high
alcohol content.
No filtration.

Maceration – infusion of herbs, roots and flowers for more than 6 months
