Dedicated to grandma Ida, it is the result of a gentle squeezing of the grapes from the south-east
exposed vineyard. It is a dry white wine of Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, White Moscato and
Marsanne which after long maceration convey both fragrance and structure.
Maceration- 15-20 days maceration on skins in cement or fiberglass tanks
