The ancient tradition of 4 generations of pre-British Marsala in Contrada Triglia, according with Ingham Decalogue from 1834. A unique land where the Grillo grapes have peculiar features of PH, alcohol and acidity that allows the wine an extrem long ageing. Harvested when the skin is orange, feet pressed, long maceration in wood, preparing the wine for the long oxidation. 7-25 years the range of ageing for the first bottling, at which point the wine expresses almond’s aromas.
