It takes its name from the old vine of the Farm. It is the classical bland of Colli Piacentini area,
Barbera and Croatina in co-fermentation. It is a gastronomical wine for the whole meal.
Maceration- 15 days maceration on skins in cement or fiberglass tanks, no filtering
