Val Tolla was the ancient denomination of the middle Val d’Arda, where vines were cultivated since Roman times. 100% Malvasia di Candia Aromatica grapes, traditionally grown on our hills. The ripe grapes are harvested manually in small boxes and vinified in maceration on the skins for about thirty days. The wine expresses the Malvasia di Candia characteristic fruity aroma, and the taste is soft but structured
