Maceration 22 days skin contact
Type Orange
Perfumed white wine macerated on the skins, Casè Bianco is made from four different white grapevines growing in the same vineyard, intermixed with red varieties. This used to be a common arrangement in the region. This wine comes from a project of recovery of an old vineyard. We have chosen to follow the tradition in the vinification process as well, using a vinification in red with moderate maceration on the skins that gives a surprising result of sweet, fruity perfumes associated with an unexpected dry taste
