Natural unfiltered sparkling wine harusame is a sparkling Pinot Noir made with completely natural methods. The vinification follows the traditional method, but without adding any other substance than grapes. Pinot Noir grapes in purity, vinified in white. After aging in steel for about a year, the natural must is used to achieve the second fermentation in the bottle. We do not add sugar or industrial yeasts.
