The first blend of Meigamma from the grapes of our youngest vineyards: Nuragus,
Vermentino, Moscato, Malvasia. Spontaneous fermentation with pied de cuve by
indigenous yeasts and partly carbonic maceration in steel, aging in contact with the
noble lees in steel.
No clarification, no filtration.
